Yves Salomon offers a complimentary return service for items in their original condition, including tags and packaging, within 14 days of receipt. Our dedicated team ensures a seamless experience for all luxury outerwear and accessories returned to our boutiques or online warehouse.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or visit our online return portal to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the items, including all original labels and luxury packaging, into the original shipping box and affix the pre-paid courier label provided.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  Arrange a complimentary collection with our designated courier or drop off your package at an authorized service point convenient for you.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our artisans verify the condition of the returned piece, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
